How To Cook Pork Chops
In this tutorial Chef Paul Mulvenna-Pegrum shows you how to marinade and grill pork chops to perfection. You can serve this pork chop with a lovely tomato rice or even with a simple salad.

Ingredients
- 1 pork chop
- 1 tsp basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method
Mix together your basil, garlic and olive oil. Rub this mixture on the pork chop and leave in the fridge to marinate for about an hour.
Fry the pork chop for a few minutes on each side, turning twice to give it a nice criss-cross pattern, then grill the skin to make it crispy.
Once browned all over, place the pork in a baking dish and cook in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
