How To Cook Ribs
Here are instructions on how to make moist, delicious, flavorful ribs. You can use these tips no matter what seasoning or spices you are putting on the ribs.

Ingredients
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- 1 crushed chillies
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt
- pepper
- sweet and sour sauce
Method
Cut up you rack into individual ribs, then place them in an oven proof dish.
Add some oil, some water, the paprika, the chillies and some salt and pepper to your ribs and mix everything together.
Bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees Celsius.
Once the ribs have cooked, remove them to a bowl and cover with sweet and sour sauce.
