Method
Boil some water with a bit of lemon in it for extra flavour, and a bit of salt to raise the boiling temperature of the water.
Rinse your rice to remove any extra starch, then add to the boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain the rice. If you want to use it at a later date, refresh it with cold water to stop it cooking.
