Ingredients

  • carrots, peeled
  • olive oil

Method

Place the peeled carrots in an oiled pan and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove from the heat, place the carrots in a baking dish and pour over the remaining oil from the pan. Roast in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, or longer, depending on the size of the carrots.
