Step 1: You will need

  • 110 g salmon fillet
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil

Step 2: Preparation

Start by pre-heating your oven to 160 degrees. Score your salmon with a sharp knife on the skin side.

Step 3: Cooking

Add a splash of olive oil to your frying pan and heat it up. When hot, place your salmon skin-side down in the pan for a couple of minutes until the skin is slightly browned. Place the salmon on a baking dish, sprinkle over the salt and pepper and squeeze over the lemon juice.

Step 4: Serve

Remove from the oven after about 10 or 15 minutes, squeeze another bit of lemon juice over it and serve.
