Ingredients

  • 1 cups (250ml) sugar snap peas
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

Put the sugar snap peas into a pan of boiling water and cook for 20-30 seconds.

Drain the peas and return them to the pan. Add the oil, salt and pepper and mix well before serving.
