Now, I'm going to talk to you about how to cope with a break up. This isn't an easy time, and you need to take that seriously. You need to take yourself seriously and allow yourself to build a network of friends and family, books, mentors, courses, classes where you can really learn how to take care of yourself again.
You may have abandoned yourself into this relationship, and when the loss of the relationship hits you in the face, you are in deep grief, deep shock maybe, so you need a chance to feel these feelings, to heal your heart, to heal your broken heart, your heart that needs so much love, so much nurturing. And in fact, this can be an opportunity for incredible spiritual growth and evolution, if you can allow yourself to surrender to the process and get to know yourself again. Allow yourself, through a process of letting go.
Allow yourself to feel the loss of this love and the possibility of your new beginning coming into the sea of me, the journey of you, finding out and reconnecting with who you are. Now, this new you, this new you that you are finding out, so exciting, I know it may not seem like it now, but not very long down the way, you will see, there is a whole new you coming alive and it's going to be fun again. In this VideoJug film, a love coach explains some strategies in dealing with one of the hardest parts of relationships - the breakup.
