Today, we are here to teach you how to copy and paste using the keyboard. This can be extremely useful when copying a website address. This is extremely useful for all sorts of things but especially when using the internet when you may want to copy a website address for instance quickly and easily.

To start, you need to select the text by clicking and dragging with the mouse. With the text highlighted, you will now need to copy it. So press and hold down the Control key and then press the letter C.

This will now store the text in a holding area called the Click board, ready for you to recall it when you need to. Now click to position your cursor where you want the copied text to appear. This could be in an email message, in excel or elsewhere and then press and hold down the Control key together with the letter V.
