How To Cover Tan Lines With Make-Up

So, you want to wear a strapless dress, but you don't know what to do about your unsightly tan lines? Fortunately for you, it's nothing a little make-up can't hide. So, you want to wear a strapless dress, but you don't know what to do about your unsightly tan lines? Fortunately for you, it's nothing a little make-up can't hide.

Step 1: Conceal

Cover the lighter skin with concealer, foundation or body make-up that is close in color to the tanned skin that you are trying to match, and make sure to blend the edges. A small, angled brush will make blending easier, but if you don't have one handy, just use your fingers. Remember, the thicker the make-up, the easier this will be.

Step 2: Bronze

Dust on a bronzer with a bit of shimmer to reflect light and blur the distinction of the line between the lighter skin and the tanned skin. A big, fluffy brush will give you the most natural look. If you want to go the extra mile, bronze the whole area around the covered tan line for a radiant finish.

An easier way to get rid of tan lines is to use the bathing suit accessory called the eventanner. You put it on while tanning over your bathing suit. It's comfortable, supports you and you just take it off when you are done. Check it out at eventanner.com.
