This type of makeup only applies to very young girls or naturally beautiful women. Some women simply aren't "naturally" beautiful and/or have oily skin, dry skin, acne, small lips, small eyes, or just plain old wrinkles. This technique doesn't cut it for most of us. However, I believe this is terrific for teenaged girls without acne who ought to enhance their "natural" beauty.
