How To Create Curly Hairstyles With Bouncy Curls

This is how you create curly hairstyles with bouncy curls. What I've done today is I've wound the hair with large heated rollers. And as I was rolling there, you've got to make sure that all the ends are tucked under and then you let the hair cool down.

Once the hair is cooled down, you can take the rollers out and get a really nice full wave in the hair. So once I've taken all the rollers out I've got lot, what rollers do is they give you lots of volume because they're lifting the hair up out of the scalp and you get a nice smooth wave. You don't get like little ringlets or anything like that.

And then for bouncy curls, what we're going to do is use a brush that's got like a vent brush or a brush where the bristles aren't too close together and we're going to gently brush the hair but not too much, mainly sort of mid length to ends and a bit through the scalp area on the top. Make sure the fringe is how you want it and you can either use a bit of hair spray or I'm using a serum, and we're just going to lift the hair up, spray it with serum, and hair can now move and it's really free and really bouncy.
