How To Create Scrapbook Designs

Hi, I am Susie Jefferson and I am thrilled to be here invited by Kay and Graham of Blade Rubber Stamps to come and talk to you today all about what I know about scrapbooking. Hi, this time we are going to see how to create a scrapbook design right from the beginning. I got my picture.

I have some paper and I have a pen and I am now going to sketch out my scrapbook design and plan exactly what I am going to do, right. Now, I am going to plan how I want it to look and first of all, I wanted to decide where my title is going to be. So, I think sort of here, title.

And my picture, I want that around there. And here, I think I need a couple of, I don't know, pillows, photographs, images. Anyway, pictures and then obviously, a little bit of writing.

So, that is basically my plan and I am going to turn that into a beautiful layout. Now, I have drawn the scrapbook design, there you are, let's go shopping. We are back again.

I have got my little statue stuff and a paper and now we will see how it will put together. There's my sketch, here's my scrapbook papers and I am going to lay down facing you so you can see exactly what I am doing. There's my photo.

There's my letter s, e, a. I will move that down a bit so that's nice in proportion that can go straight across. Now, that's a nice little package of the far mall.

I have got monthly reports, right on the top. So, I think that will go there and possibly another one and might just use this .that's rub-on .

These are quite o-pay when they are applied to,you won't see through them too much .So I think I might have that there, monthly report above it. I will do those in a while and then in here this is why I want letters as you can see here and I think this are perfect because not only do they acorn the shape of the buttons, not only do they work with the color ray, but they are like little Rambo dolls.

So, I think I am keeping the Neil ball thing. And that is just a really basic simple layout, perfect. .
