If you need to lose weight fast, here is a great guide to a diet and exercise plan that will have you shedding pounds in no time. If you stick to this and approach your exercise plan vigorously, you will be happy with the results.
If you're looking to cut weight, basically, you need to eat less calories than you burn. So, if we look at nutrition and training and improve both, you'll get quick results. In terms of nutrition, try and make a plan to improve the way you eat.
What this could mean is having less calories per day, splitting up your meals to smaller chunks in a day. So, maybe five small meals a day rather than just two really big ones, get rid of alcohol, get rid of sugars, try and have protein every meal. All this really does make a difference.
Now, in terms of training, loads of options are available to you. You've got sports. You've got classes.
You've got weight training. You've got boxing, stepping, walking, all kinds of stuff. Now, what burns the most calories is high intensity training.
Assuming you're fit enough to do this, the higher you get your heart rate up, the better. I'm going to show you a more intermediate to advanced level of exercise right now, using dumbbells. I'm going to do a circuit of basically mixing in a few different types of exercises, all in one go.
My heart rate gets really high and I'm working muscles in my legs, my upper body, everywhere. This is really intensive and it might help you to cut weight quicker than anything else. Let me demonstrate first.
What I was doing is coming down. I was doing a squat first. Squat first is really good for your heart and lungs.
Also, you're training your abs, your gluts, and your quads. Next, when I was standing up, I was doing a clean and press, which is an Olympic weight lifting move. Essentially, it's an upright row, twist, and a shoulder press.
Upright row. Twist. Shoulder press.
Then, I was coming down in a dead lift position and doing it again. So, I was doing squat first. I was doing the clean and press.
And also, I was doing a dead lift at the end. Really hard stuff, mixing it all together, gets your heart rate up and helps you to cut weight fast. .
