Hi again. Now this one is a short guide on how to organize your scrapbook layouts. Here I'm using a quick guard template which I showed in one of my little segments.
And you can see I very roughly put down a couple little journaling blocks. This one you can write on. This one is just because it's pretty.
I pop that one there and I think we had a bit of overlap here because I want the triumphant young lady with her teddies in full view. There's my little journaling block. So that's echoing my flowers and my colors.
I need a little bit of something extra so I think we might just have that flower here. Pop these two there. Just so again we' don't have a completely blank space and I'll put that one there.
And I think that's good to go. Right! Now what about my other page? This is again where I've sorted things out. Now in that kit which I had all the templates, etc.
This is quite useful. That's a of photo templates. So if I wanted to use all my photographs the exact size to go in every boxes.
I can simply use that to draw around and they will all be the same size which is really nice. And I've got all obviously little things again which go with both pages, the colors are fine. Now I've got myself one picture here which was taken with the very soft focus and the same picture again in a sharp color.
So I might actually going to step those two down and then I want this one to really stand out. So I'm just doing like a little drop down to the side. That one will take the attention.
Then I want my little bird in the corner here, flying into the picture. And I think will have that down there, so that I've got somewhere to do a little bit of journaling. I'd like that over there actually.
So I think I'll just move that one a little bit over just have that in the center. And then that one could just pop in there. So I got a couple more spaces.
And I've got these, well dark brown so I think will have that over there, likes so. This one, yeah well I think where he dropped is nice. Will have that there just sitting on the top and then our little bird can go here and echo the shape of the other little bird. And that's just throwing the eye into the picture. Then if I'm not happy of course everything loss.
I can just simply moved things around and I can even have that echoing. So there's a very, very brief idea on layouts. Obviously you can see here on the side where I've got thing laid down.
I tend to have them fairly regular. You don't need to echo the shape exactly one side to the other side. But just to give you an idea again.
Nice to have a big name focus and perhaps repeated it. Repeat images can work really, really well. It can give a real strength to your design.
Here as you can see, I've actually used my little angel three times there. Once would it put nothing, two a little bit to equal like having a candle sticking at the side of your mantel piece, three or five uneven numbers work the best. And then coming onto the wedding card, where you can see what I've done here.
I've repeated the picture again but I'd drop it down once, so again very similar to this layout but a completely different look. And that's just giving you a rough idea on some layout for you.
