In this video, I'll show you how to delete apps from your iPod touch. All you have to do is hold your finger down on one of the apps on the home screen. Any that can be deleted will have a black X on them.

Some of the apps which were already on the iPod and have to be on the iPod, you won't be able to delete. You'll be able to move them about. If I go into the games group here, you'll see some that have been downloaded.

If I press the black X, it will ask me to confirm and if I delete that, it will disappear. Now, you can redeem any purchases you've made just by going through and buying them again.
