Step 1: The Trick

Roll the pomegranate back and forth on a surface under the palm of your hand. Apply enough pressure to feel the fruit 'give'.

Cut the pomegranate in to four slices. Flip each slice inside out over a bowl, the juicy red seeds will easily fall away.

    Actually the best way is to fill a bowl with water, and in the water peel the pomegranate. The white stuff will float and the seeds will sink to the bottom of the bowl. Pour the water out, and there you go. Perfect non-broken seeds!

    thers another easy way of deseeding.cut teh fruit into half and using a big spoon whack the top part of the fruit with the open part of it facing towards he bowl.and all the seeds r out without a hassel

    there is another way to cut it, cut only the surface of the outer.. as u cut the into 4 peices, but only through the surface and don't go deep. then seperate the 4 parts with your hands, there will be no juice coming out
