Dicing mushrooms and getting them to turn out the same size, so that they cook better, can sometimes seem like a daunting task. This guide will help you dice mushrooms with ease.

Step 1: Clean The Mushrooms

Before you start to chop your mushrooms, remove any dirt sticking to them. You can do this with a brush or cloth.

Step 2: Dice The Mushrooms

Slice each mushroom, trying to keep all the slices roughly the same size. Hold the slices together, then slice in the other direction, and finally turn them on their side and chop again. You should end up with a fine dice.
