Hi, my name is Desmond Aspill and I've been teaching gymnastics for twenty years. Today we are going to break down some of the difficult elements of gymnastics so that it's more approachable. With Tekne gymnastics we try to make things more approachable, building confidence and making gymnastics fun.

On approaching the back walkover, the gymnast must have a good bridge, be able to hold themselves in the correct manner, and be strong enough to use their base leg to support them all the way through. So flexible back, strong legs and good posture. So, off you go.
