So come with me and we are going to show you some tips. Here we go. How to do a chest press? Chest press for sure is the most popular exercise in a gym.
Few guidelines you can follow to make sure you have a good workout and you follow the safe guidelines. First of all, make sure your back is fully supported. I will ask Fenny here to contract your back, pull your shoulder blades together.
Good! And then, comes the grip. So to close, too narrow iron grip, you are going to put lots of stress on your triceps. To open, you are going to put too much stress on your shoulder.
So, the idea is 90 degrees. Your arm has to be bent 90 degrees. Then you grip it.
So Fenny, your right edge on the back. Good! So close your bull down. As you see it, 90 degrees grip.
That's would be the ideal. So make sure you nicely tied and your wrists under the bar. Good! And I leave to you.
Take a deep breath. Nicely tie the blade and all way down. Here we go! One, two, three.
Just touch above your chest. Good! They're way to explode the whole range of movement. Nicely, good! Once you are done, it finishes your set, return your weight and the rack and done.
