There are basic breakfalls - front breakfall, side breakfall, back breakfall and rolling breakfall, and jumping breakfall and jumping roll breakfall. So today, I'm going to show you three basic breakfalls. A rolling breakfall - your arms this way and put your hands this way.

This is rolling wheel. So actually, turn this way, your body is not turning. If your body is turned, then this direction is going that way.

So, only your right arm turns and your elbow faces forwards. Make sure your hand, all the way, touches the ground and then roll and then stand up. In other martial arts, when you actually finish, sometimes you finish with your knee stand up.

Let me show you. This way, outside concrete floor, if you stand up this way, your knee hurts. Jump rolling break fall, same breakfall, but you do a jump rolling breakfall.

So it's actually same rolling but it's jumping over, and more advanced breakfalls without actually using your hands. So if somebody through you, then you need to use this breakfall. In Hapkido, there are several breakfalls, basic breakfalls, front, back, side, rolling and jumping breakfall.

We just showed you front rolling breakfall, and jump roll breakfall and jump turning breakfall. .
