Hi, my name is Desmond Aspill, and I have been teaching gymnastics for twenty years. Today we are going to break down some of the difficult elements, so gymnastics. So that is more approachable.
With Tekne gymnastics, we try to make things more approachable, building confidence and making gymnastics fun. When approaching Bridge, it is very important to warm your back up because you can relieve extending your back up to its maximum. So a very good warm up and a good stretch is very important.
When approaching Bridge, start off lying flat, take your feet up to your bottom nice and tightly. Hands underneath the shoulders. Push up the Bridge, driving the shoulders this way, really opening up the shoulders, then come back.
Pick up your bottom, hands underneath the shoulders, and push up the Bridge. .
