In this video, I'm going to talk about how to do a Daniel Craig workout. Now, Daniel Craig trained for about 4 months, 2-3 hours a day with an ex-commando to get fit for his James Bond role. So, a few things to think about, firstly he was already in good shape to begin with and they wanted him to be quite sort of tough commando looking for the film, so they didn't go down like a fitness model route, they went down like a tough, realistic route to get big.

I'm going to show you a circuit which is very common in the special forces to get yourself strong and functionally fit. I'm going to show you a dip and a pull-up circuit. A dip is a body-weight exercise that builds up your chest muscle, your pectoral major, your triceps at the back of the arms and also you shoulders, your deltoids.

I go down as low as I can and I push up. The next exercise which I'll show you is the pull-up. We're going to do a close grip pull-up.

This works the biceps, the arms and the back. It will give you bigger arms as well as a stronger back. I go all the way down and I pull all the way up.

So they're the two components of the circuit. What he would do and what he has done and commandos do to get fit, is they do two dips then two pull-ups, two dips and two pull-ups. Keep on going until you can't do any more.

Let me show you. So, I'm not going to do all of that because it's really hard. Remember when you do any exercise, warm up first, mobilize your joints.

If you can do one repetition of either of these, then this is a really good circuit to do. It's quite advanced but to get a body like Daniel Craig, you have to push it to a high level. An exercise like this, you could do twice a day, three times a day, as much as you can.

Also to consider is you have to eat well, you can't just train hard and eat rubbish. You won't get the body. You have to eat a high protein diet, a lot of carbs during the day but not much at night and generally low fat.

Get rid of alcohol, get rid of cigarettes. Live clean, train hard and you'll get a much better body. And that's how to do a Daniel Craig workout. .
