How To Do A David Beckham Workout
Here is an instructional video that describes what workout to do in order to have a body like David Beckham. The key to his workout is the circuit form where you quickly do a few exercises over and over several times.
Today, we're going to demonstrate the David Beckham workout. This is going to consist of three exercises in a circuit form which involves plyometric work as well. So, Sara's going to demonstrate.
The first exercise will be skipping. She's then going to go straight into some squat thrusts, then followed by some diving press-ups, so here we go. So, as you can see, she's got here feet together at the moment but you can do some single legs, alternating.
You can do some jacks. Perfect. Then, going to go into some squat thrusts with burpies, perfect, so you want to complete about 25 of these or you can do a minute timed interval.
Then, we're going to do the last exercise which is the diving press-ups. So, feet are together. You're going to press up and scoot your body forward, lifting the chest up.
Perfect. So, the core is nice and tight. The elbows are close in towards the body and then you're dipping the body forward and then, returning to the press-up position.
Perfect. Again, going to complete 25 of these or if you like, a timed minute interval. So, that is how you complete the David Beckham workout.
