Top Tips
- Pull your shoulder blade back, tilt the dumbbell back, and pull the dumbbell towards your chest.
- As you pull up the dumbbell it should be at an angle rather than straight up.
- If you have less flexibility, or short arms, you can set the bench at an angle when you do the exercise.
