For the hard flip, and obviously, you need to have the all you to need to do there. And it's the front shuffle that is spinning behind you. And then, you give a little flick on the toe and it spins like front shaft and flipping at the same time and you are going to have the path and the front shuffle that is going to be spinning that way.

Then, you need to flip it down on the toe so it pulls it like that perfect and keep it underneath and land on it. So, I am going to just show you now. So, the key thing in the hard flip is going to be the front shuffle and getting that flip down, so when it's going around flipping down, stand underneath you and balance.

And the key is the name on these ones. So, ones they are very hard, they are hard flips. You need to have the front shuffle and then giving the little flip on the toe, so comes over and balance.
