Hi, my name's Desmond Aspell and I've been teaching gymnastics for 20 years. Today we're going to break down some of the difficult elements of gymnastics so that it's more approachable. With Tekne gymnastics we try to make things more approachable, building confidence and making gymnastics fun.

Approaching headstand you're going to get down to the ground. Make a triangle with your head and your hands. Straighten the legs.

Push the weight of your bottom over your head. Bend your knees. When you get more confident push the legs straight.

Keep the weight in between your triangle, and come down when you're ready. Straighten the legs, and bend one knee.
