This VideoJug.com video aims to help you to improve your Heart Chakra meditation techniques. This is a guide to aid you to relax and focus on your heart.
There are already hundreds of ways of meditating, coming from many different wisdom traditions.
But I am just going to give you a very quick beginner's way to get you going.
Hi, my name is Lee, I'm a great life coach, and over the last 10 years I've helped hundreds of people find passion and peace through meditation.
If you get the sense that you'd really like to focus on just one of your Chakras, maybe because you feel blocked in that area, or life right now is dictating to you that there's stuff going on to do with your heart, to do with love connections, relationship connections for example, then you can certainly do a meditation just focussing on one of the chakras, in this case, the heart chakra.
So, to do a chakra meditation just focussing on the heart chakra: set upi your space, get into a nice posture, then bring your awareness into your heart's centre, and then, closing your eyes, what I'd like you to do is visualise the colour green in this area.
And you can make the sounding of 'ah' for as long as you'd like, just focussing on the heart area, and allowing the colour green to expand, and if you'd like, while your doing that, you can bring your awareness to the front of your heart area, or to the back of your heart area, allowing the ball of green light to just expand from that point.
[Breathes in]"Ah."
Like so many other meditations it's always useful to keep a journal and make notes how you felt before the meditation, and see how your day is after you've done your meditation. Enjoy.
