How To Do A Keg Stand

Step 1: The Lift

Place your hands on the handles on the top of the keg. Then, as your spotters hold your legs they will lift you into a handstand over the keg.

Step 2: Drink Up

As you hover over the keg place the working end of the tap into your mouth and begin to slurp the beer. Your pumper can and will aid you by sending the beer in a steady stream into your mouth as they pump the keg.

Your audience will cheer you on and count aloud the number of seconds that you are able to continuously drink. Whoever can drink the longest without regurgitating it on the other partygoers wins. For extra credit, try doing inverted push-ups against the keg as you drink.

Step 3: The Kick Out

When you decide that you've had enough beer, shake and wiggle your legs so that your spotters know that it's time to lower you backdown to Earth.

And remember, don't overdue it. Nobody wants to see all that beer go to waste if you puke it back up.
