1. Make sure legs are comfortable underneath knee pads – barely touching
2. Wide grip, where bar bends
3. Sitting up straight, pull bar down to chest, shoulders down, pinching shoulder blades together

Step 1: Back Workout

This is the Lat pulldown and its going to be working your upper and middle back. To start grab onto the handles and slowly bring them down as you sit.

Step 2: Tight Abdominals & Breathing

From here you're pulling down to your chest, slowly lowering and bringing it back up. You're sitting up as straight as you can, keeping those abs tight and breathing the whole time. Exhale. Inhale.

Step 3: Back Muscles

Pinch those shoulder blades together as you pull it down to activate those back muscles. Good lifting one more and slowly when you're done bring it back up as you stand, and you're done good job.
