How To Do A Nollie Heelflip
Geoff demonstrates step-by-step how to execute a perfect Nollie Heel Flip that will impress all of your friends.
"Nollie" means you're going to be riding in the wrong stance, and you'll be going backwards. So, you ride goofy normally with your back foot and toe here, then you're going to move your feet up the other end. Your front foot is then going to snap down the nose to
the Ollie and your back foot, which will be on the heel edge of the board, is going to scoop off this side helping you make the board rotate like so.
Again, you've got to jump pretty high to stay above the board. Try to land with your feet back over those bolts. So to recap for the Nollie heel, you move your feet from the back of the board to the front, snap the nose down to create the height.
Your back foot is pushed off the toe-edge of the board. Creating the board it's doing a heel flip, jump high, land on those dots, and that is how you do a Nollie heel flip.
