Here we go. Hi, my name is Ricardo Macedo, I am from R-Fitness, London. We are going to show you how to do some exercise and present you with few guidelines so let's get ready.

Hi, back here today, we are going to show you how to do a prenatal workout. Follow again these safety rules, avoid increase of temperature, avoid to get your heart rate above 140 beats per minute, don't lie down on your back, always make sure you got a gap on your spine and don't do any impact, so avoiding those things, you are going to be okay. We are going to start showing very basic exercise, squats.

I have here Sandy. Sandy, hands in position, keep the posture and go down, knees point out, toes pointing out, three squats, good, you can do 3 sets of 15 then we change. We are going to a different one, so we are going to do, lay down on back, little bit of hip flexors, your abs, using your elbow so you got a gap on your back, so your back is not compressed and stretch.

Work with hip flexors, your leg till the base, you can do 15 on each side and change. Then we change the exercise again. So, we are going to do some for the glutes, for the bumps to make sure they are nice and firm, kick back, keep posture, spine straight line, raise your leg.

Try to not to lift your hips, keep the hips in right position, again 15, then change sides. Very good, very good. You can do 3 sets of 15 and you need to exercise, repeat them 3 times, 15 and that's it.

That's all we have to do. .
