Hi, my name is Sunita Passi, and I am from a company called Tri-Dosha, we are specialists in training in Ayurvedic Therapy and also Meditation, and we supply products and treatments to some luxury spas around the world. There are many ways to meditate, and I am here today to talk to you about the few of the different meditation techniques you can bring into your life in order to feel happier and healthier. I am here to tell you about simple relaxation techniques for stress relief.

Many of us today in the contemporary world complain about stress, either we're overworked, underpaid, putting too many hours into a day trying to manage a work life, a home life, a social life or basically cramming everything in and finding very very little time to just nourish and relax our bodies and souls. There is a lot of things we can do on a daily basis, very very simple things we can do to actually allow ourselves with pleasurable time and to reconnect with ourselves to reconnect with our souls and actually recharge our batteries, we can say. There are three areas I am going to look after, to get the most out of your relaxation time.

The first thing is to set aside some time in your daily schedule. Make it a point to make sure you set aside ten to thirty minutes a day doing something that really allows your body to relax at a nice deep level, whether that is actually walking towards and from the bus stop, whether that is taking a nice relaxing bath, whether that is actually getting up earlier in the morning and doing a little bit of yoga or meditation. Just actually specifically find some time in your schedule to make sure that you allow your body to recharge at this level.

It might seem that an extra ten or thirty minutes in the day, you don't have, but what you find is by actually doing this you, recharge or re-energize your body to such a deep level, you will actually accomplish a lot more. So that is my first point. My second point is that don't practice when you are sleepy.

You might think "I am sleepy, this means this is the best time for me to actually start to relax." But you are not allowing your body to experience the relaxation methods or techniques at their most optimum level. The best time to actually carry out relaxation techniques on your self is when your body is in its most vibrancy.

So for people who are of a more sluggish nature, this is actually very early in the morning between six and seven. If there you choose to go for a long walk before you start work, or even if you probably want to, you want to stay in bed or snug up in your own way, you will actually find that you have a lot more energy for the rest of the day. People that tend to have more medium frames and are workaholics who tend to sit at desk for very long hours, you find that lunch time is a very good time to squeeze in a ten or thirty minutes relaxation technique.

This allows your body to recharge at deep level and again would give you extra zest when you take your clients out in the evening, because you are the kind of people who would like to burn the candle from both ends. And then finally, if you are somebody who is of a slight frame, you got a lot of energy and you got a lot of movement going on. The best time for you to actually fit in a relaxation technique is between 2 and 6 PM.

This tends to be when you can burn out and so you could find 10 to 30 minutes to actually recharge your batteries and again you find you got a lot long, long during the day. And then just finally use a technique that suits you. Don't try that something that everyone else is doing, if every one is doing and if you don't like it, don't you ever do.

Find something else that really appeals to you. There are many different ways to relax your mind and reduce your stress levels, which you find the thing for you, aim on it, learn to do it well, and make sure you bring it on your life on a daily basis. I hope you enjoyed listening to my little tips o
