Top Tips
- When you sit on the ball your knees and hips should be in line, or your knees should be below your hips; you shouldn't have your knees above your hips.
- Start bouncing on the ball in a sitting position, pulling down with your arms.
- If you have arthritis, bad knees, a bad back, or are pregnant, check with your doctor before attempting the sitting moves.
