Hi, I'm Ross, the Nintendo specialist here at GAME. Today, I'm going to show you how to play archery on Wii Sports Resort. Okay, so I've put the Wii Sports Resort disk in my Wii console, loaded the game up, and I've also installed my Wii motion plus on to my Wiimote.

Also, when playing archery, you need to make sure you've attached your nun-chuck to the bottom of the Wiimote so that you can use this for the string and your Wiimote for the actual holding of the bow. Okay, so once you loaded up, you come to the screen, archery is in the top right hand corner. Select that, and again, up to four players can play.

Today, I'm just going to show you one player. Okay, so it's just asking me to actually calibrate the Wii Motion Plus, which is done by just placing it on to the ground until it says its checked and ready to go. There you go, that's all you need to do.

Select your Mii character you would like to use and you're ready to go. I'm going to put it on beginner, there's obviously three different difficulty levels, but I'll stick with beginner for now. Okay, so in my left hand I have the Wiimote which is what I'll use for the bow and in my right I have the nun-chuck which I'll use as the string, as if I was holding a real bow and arrow.

Okay, first up you can see obviously the target, you can see that if I hold the Wiimote up in a vertical movement, you can see I'm moving the bow. What you need to do is raise the bow, and obviously you can lower it depending on how far the target is away; making sure I'm keeping an eye on what the wind is doing in the right-hand corner. What you then need to do is take the nun-chuck and using the z button, which sits right here on the top of the back.

Use that to draw the bow. A circle will come up for you to aim and when you want to fire, let go of the z button. Not too bad.

Okay, so first stage gives you a couple of arrows to do. Press A on the Wiimote to get ready to fire, using the z button, pull back for power and when ready just let go of the z button on the nun-chuck. Okay, last one for this level.

Pressing down the A button, pulling the cord with the z button on the nun-chuck. Okay, only one more level, because you'll see the targets move further away and the wind gets stronger as well. So, I've got three, four rounds on here and obviously if you were playing multilayer, each player takes it in turn.

They can use one remote and nun-chuck if necessary and pass it around. If you've got more than that each player can have their own remote and nun-chuck as well. So we're a little further away, we've got a little wind left to right.

So again, I'm pressing the A button on the Wiimote, pulling back with the z button on the nun-chuck. A little bit further, right there. Only a nine.

Just do two more, just to get through, I can see if I can finish this off. Oh, rubbish. Rushed it.

And finally once more, pressing the A button on the Wiimote, pulling back with z on the nun-chuck and you've shot with a 10. And that's how you play archery on Wii Sports Resort.
