How To Do Bridesmaids Hair
This video is a step by step demonstration on how to do a bridesmaid's hair which is easy to do and looks beautiful. This is the kind of hairstyle that looks like you spent a fortune on. Even better, it's easy to do yourself.
This is a really quick and easy style so bridesmaids can do this for themselves or kind of help each other out. It's best on long hair and not too layered, I'd say probably just below the shoulders would be the ideal length or here, our model has exceptionally long hair so this works really well for her as well. The first thing you want to do is brush the hair through and place where you want it at the front.
This is so simple. So, just comb it through and bring it into a low ponytail. When you're doing a side ‘do, it's ideal if you can have it in this corner here, if it's too high, it doesn't look right, it doesn't sit right.
You want it nestling nicely above the shoulder and on the neck. So, the best place to do this is to secure it in that little corner of hair there. Spray down any fine pieces of hair as you go along so that your side pane of hair is nice and sleek and not too messy ,and we are going to secure it here, then this is just with a plain black bubble.
Very, very simple ordinary plaits, you don't have to worry about doing French plaits or fish plaits or anything else, just a nice simple plait. Then, we're going to secure it at the end with a clear small elastic band and a very easy bit. You're just going to wrap that around itself to create a nice bun on the side.
Tuck the end of your plaits right around the ponytail because that's the bit that will spring out so you need to keep that secure. Then, we can secure the side pieces. It's a good idea to use Kirby grips that are the same colour as your hair so you hide them and it just breaks your plait up so that it doesn't look like a plait anymore.
That's a really simple way of doing a bridesmaid's hairstyle up to the wedding day, it would also look really good with a bit of sparkle on the side, but equally as good with a flower, you could use either silk flower and maybe something from the bride's bouquet would be quite nice, a fresh flower on one side, which is kind of a vintage look as well. So, there you go, a really simple bridesmaid's hairstyle. .
