Top Tips

  • Grip the pole with both arms, keeping your inside arms high and straight. You should hang from your arm, rather than pull, as you spin.
  • Start the spin on your inside leg, taking three walks round the pole first.
  • As you grip the pole, make sure your leg isn't too close to the pole or you won't be able to twist around it.
