Okay, I'm going to show you how to do a really pretty fresh makeup for spring. I've already applied Sue's foundation, I just finished applying it using Laura Mercier Moisturizing Foundation. As you can see, her skin looks nice and fresh and bright.

Also apply on the eyes as well just to get rid of any greying at all, to look nice and fresh, just apply that with a brush on the eyelid and blend away! I'm now going to apply the face powder which is Estee Lauder Lucidity Translucent. Just apply with a puff, you can use a brush whichever you prefer to the face on the eyelids and across the mouth, just press and roll. Any excess powder, just use a big brush and dust away any excess so you're not looking cakey at all and brush away.

I've got a really pretty colour collection from Clarins, this palette came out in springtime, it's got an eyeliner, complete with six eye shadows, and on Sue, I think I'm going to go for a couple of shades and possibly the liner as well. So I'm going to start with the pale pink and blend all over the eyes. Concentrating on the brow bone and drawing down the eye as so, the pink as well will look really fresh and pretty on the eye area as it has a very slight shimmer.

Using a fluffy brush, just blend in and apply from the root of the lashes up to the brow bone. Next, I'm going to choose the dusky pink shade and apply in the socket. You can take it all the way to the outer corner again, like so, and concentrate on the socket area, you can feel it because you can feel the bone jutting on that part of your eye.

Blend in. Then pop some here as well. Just keep blending and keep going up to the socket and blend across.

So we've got nice pretty shades, they're not sort of frosty pink, they are nice soft warm pinks and are really flattering and great for springtime. Really pretty! I'm now going to choose a lilac shade from the palette and you might think, "Lilac?" But it's actually really brightening and really flattering as well. I'm going to choose that colour and pop it on the inner corner right there, it really just opens up the eyes.

Just a little bit there. I'm going to now apply the purple on the eyelid very, very softly and blend that in with the pink as well, it looks very flattering, this side as well. Make sure it's all firmly blended.

I'm going to use the liner that comes with the palette and it's a black liquid liner but pressed. I've got a Boots No.7 precision liner brush which is very good; it's a very fine brush and really easy to use, simple and quick. I literally trace just a bit on the upper lash.

I'm just going to use it on the centre of the eye gently on through to the outer corner. I want to also do a point with eyebrows so I've actually got an eyebrow pencil by Origins. It is retractable as well so you don't have to worry about a sharpener and literally just very, very lightly, feather the eyebrow pencil across.

You know where to start which is from the corner of the eye to the nostril that is where the brow will start. This area here, the lifted part of the eyebrow, centre of eye through to the corner of the nostril and should finish from the corner of the eye to thenostril there. We're just a little bit short so I'll add that bit in there.

Eyebrows really frame the face as well so you want to take good care when using a pencil, it takes a few seconds but makes a big, big difference as you can see. Then just smoothe them down. I’m using a really pretty blusher from a company called Mememe from Superdrug. It's really pretty packaging with a mirror inside as well and is a nice warm peachy shade, so I'm going to use some of that. Again if you smile for me, I'll just blush on your apples like that. I'm going to top it up for an alternative look with this palette from Clarins, so pretty , it's a really pale shimmery pink with various shades included in the palette and it's called "Lovely Rose".

And that's how to do fresh make up.
