The Hapkido technique is one of the types of martial arts. Hapkido techniques are used to avoid attacks from other persons. There are two basic methods which help in avoiding these techniques.
Today, I'm going to show you how to do Hapkido with two wrist turn locks. I'm going to show you the basic technique with the knifeless bone onto the person's hand and put the knifeless bone onto the pressure point, where the pressure point is actually three fingers above the elbow, so this muscle is pressure point. So you can use this technique in pre anti-attack.
He is attacking him first, grab, hold and knife. If someone grabs your wrist, same side wrist, and again, turn. You can actually do knife attack.
If someone grabs opposite hands, this way, turn and put the knife again. If someone punches you, lock and also you put the knife down. If someone punches you this way, you can turn this way or you can just directly put your knife.
We showed you knife attack and the basic wrist turn lock. So, with this two turn locks, you can actually do, if someone actually grabs your wrists, hands or someone tries to punch, you can actually apply these two techniques. Second technique is basic wrist turn lock, pre anti-attack.
To show you this way, if someone grabs same side wrist, if someone grabs opposite hands, if someone tries to punch you, lock and turn. So, all four techniques are wrist turn lock. So, we've shown you basic Hapkido techniques.
