- In the forward hurdle walk-over drill you should keep tall, keep your stomach tight, keep your glute muscles tight, and keep your hips high.
- In the backwards hurdle walk-overs try to place your feet facing forwards.
- In the skip step drill you should keep on the balls of your feet, and try to find a nice rhythm over the hurdles.
