Okay, how to do judo throws. Now, there's plenty and plenty of throws that we can choose from today. What I've got to show you is called kata seoi nage.

Of course, that's Japanese for shoulder throw. We're going to break it down, step by step, and then hopefully, you could take something from that. Stage 1: Place your left hand on your opponent's arm and grab a hold of that sleeve.

Step 2: Step inside and underneath your opponent's arm, again grabbing hold of the sleeve. Now, bending your knees and rotating your opponent around the transverse plane, you're going to lift them off the ground and then through onto their back. It's very important to get a good grip on the sleeve, come underneath and again, lift them up and drive your hips in.
