Step 1: Start With Foundation
Prep and prime the skin. Then apply foundation with a brush, working from the inside of the face and blend outwards.
Step 2: Add Concealer
Use concealer to hide any imperfections or redness - usually found around the nose and the chin. Ensure that you really blend the concealer in.
Step 3: Eyebrows
Use the Clear Mascara from Collection to shape the eyebrows and hold them in place. Take Rimmel's Dark Brown Eyebrow Pencil and take short feathery strokes across the natural brow shape to add definition.
Step 4: Apply Mascara
Use Topshop's Black Waterproof Mascara and brush onto the eye lashes. Add a few layers for a good fan effect and to really get Kate's look.
Step 5: Add Eye Liner
Take L'Oréal's Liquid Liner in Intense Black and run along the upper and lower lash line, creating a subtle flick at the corners.
Step 6: Eye Shadow
Brush Bobbi Brown's Toast Eye Shadow colour across the eye lids for a base. Take an angled eye shadow brush and run Bobbi Brown's Camel Eye Shadow along the lash line and into the outer crease. Switch your colour to Bobbi Brown's Dark Plum Eye Shadow and apply similarly. Then take a small eye shadow brush and blend the lower eye liner with the Dark Plum to soften the edges.
Step 7: Add Powder
Brush over with MAC's Prep and Prime Powder in Translucent, concentrating on the t-zone, under the eyes and on the chin.
Step 8: Brush On Some Bronzer And Blush
Brush on MAC's Soft Meow Bronzer under the cheek bones and place a little colour on the forehead, nose and chin. Then apply MAC's Smile Blusher to the apples of the cheeks and slightly on to the cheek bones.
Step 9: Now For The Lips
Apply Bobbi Brown's Sand Wash Pink Lip Colour with a brush - a great natural looking shade to complement the strong eyes and brows.
