Kundalini Meditation is a traditional practice found mainly in India. Kundalini is actually an energy that lies at the bottom of your spine and it's generally dormant in most people. The idea of Kundalini Meditation is to actually slowly allow this energy to start arise so it starts to circulate in the body and it's said that with the rising of this energy, the person is able to, basically their senses become stronger so they are able to transmit an experience in much stronger way.
