Find the balance point of the pen with your middle finger, and gently squeeze it between your thumb, index finger, and fore finger.
Release the pressure with your fore finger. This should cause the pressure from the squeeze to fling the pen all the way around the thumb so you can catch it again back in the starting position.

    this is called the thumbover, its one of the most common tricks, when i first saw it (on a different tutorial video) i took 2 days to learn it just right, im such a slow learner :D
