Pole dancing is a fantastic way to stay fit while having a bit of a fun. Emily Ford, a pole dance instructor at the Factory fitness centre in London, shows you how to master climbing moves.
Top Tips
- This a beginner move, so correct technique is more important than strength.
- Grip the pole with your hands high and lift your legs up one at a time.
- Grip the pole between your knees. Make sure you don't extend your legs too forward beyond the pole or there will be too much of a gap to grip with.
