Top Tips

  • The correct grip will help you spin more easily. Hold your dominant, inside arm up high and your outside arm across your body at around shoulder height.
  • Stand on your tiptoes to improve your posture and help you move into a spin more quickly.
  • Complete your spins with a body roll or with the showgirl turn under pose.
