Pole dance is a great way to get fit and have some fun at the same time. Emily Ford, a pole dance instructor at the Factory fitness centre in London, shows you how to do a variety of pole dancing spins.
Top Tips
- The correct grip will help you spin more easily. Hold your dominant, inside arm up high and your outside arm across your body at around shoulder height.
- Stand on your tiptoes to improve your posture and help you move into a spin more quickly.
- Complete your spins with a body roll or with the showgirl turn under pose.
