Daeman from The School of Korean Martial Arts - Hapkido teaches two different techniques that police officers can use when taking down suspects. These include taking the suspect down using pressure points as well as locking the suspect's wrists.
There are so many techniques that we can use in defence situations for police force, police officers. Today, I would like to show you wrestling, so just imagine Master Sho is a police officer and this is Smith, he can actually take him down. Here, you can see his hand is facing up and Master Sho's hands press the pressure point.
The pressure point is here, the elbow from the elbow, three fingers away, so with this arm, he is actually pressing the pressure point. Here, he can control, he can take him down. This way, and then pin him.
Again, this arm should be straight this way. Okay, two police officers try to arrest one bad guy. If we see the suspect calm and near, then my left arm goes between his body and arm and my right hand goes like this and put his elbow on my belly and press this way.
So, this wrist is locked this way. So if i can control this on both sides and press his neck down, here, you can put hand cuffs. Okay, I showed you two techniques.
One, the one police officer arrests one suspect, the bad guy, and the second one actually two police officers locked both wrists and took him down.
