How To Do Red Makeup

I'm here to give you some top tips and tricks, doing some amazing videos and I hope you'll enjoy them.

So now I'm going to do red makeup.I've chosen to do red lips because I think red lips is a classic hit, it's timeless and with a true pillar-box red it literally suits everyone.

So, without further ado, we're going to move on and do red lips. So, the red lip literally has two parts to it: it's the one lip which really benefits from a lip liner, so I've chosen just a very, very classic red and then I'm actually going to use a double product where you have a stain on one end and then a gloss on the other end. So you get the perfect combination of juicy, berryish red lips.

So, using the pencil, I'm just going to trace around the natural lip line, I'm not going to go beyond. And then just blend it down. If you're using a red lip gloss or you're using red lipstick you can always fill the lips in with the lip pencil for extra pigment, but because I'm using a combination of a stain and also a gloss on top I don't need to do that.

So I've used, just very gently, the lip pencil and then doing a stain, just all over the lips. Stains generally don't have a lot of shine, so that's why I'm going to use a layer of lip gloss over the top, just to give extra glamour. Quite amazing.

And just to recap. We've used liner first, just very, very softly, all the way around the lip line.

Blended it in so that it wasn't too severe. We've used a stain on the lips and then popped gloss on top, just so that there's this amazing old school, quite vintage look to the red lip. And that's how we created the perfect red lip. .
