How To Do Rosette Piping

Hi there, I'm Lizzy. Welcome to the Cupcake Emporium here in London. We've been making cupcakes here for a year and a half now and we're proud to have some of the biggest cupcakes in London which are also really low calorie.
I'm going to show you how to do rosette piping which is the piping that we use on all of our cupcakes that we sell in our cafe, the Cupcake Emporium. You do need a piping bag, for this one. We recommend that you use a 5/8 inch style nozzle or anything a little bit bigger if you want, in fact you could do smaller, but it would be a bit more "wormy", that's a technical term.
Use a steady hand, start on the outside of the cake and just swell your way in so that it ends up looking like a rosette. When you get to the end just poke it off and you'll end up with a nice little point. There you go, a rosette piped cupcake. .
