First, isolate your ribs, and shift them to the left!

Circle Torso To The Right!

Circle your torso to the right. Go all the way around!

Arms Out!

Put your arms out in front of you, and get ready to take it to the max!

Circle The Arms!

Make fists with both hands, then circle your arms around in front of you! Put some shoulders into it!

Around And Around!

Circle your whole body while turning your ribs and your arms! Now go faster, up to the beat!
