Step 1: Back Exercise

OK, the one arm row that's another back exercise, and you probably have seen it before. What you are going to do starting with one weight and one hand, opposite hand and leg on the bench, your back is straight and your abs are tight, one leg on the floor to stabilize you.

Step 2: Rowing Action

You are letting this one dumbbell hang down and you're rowing it straight back. So you're bringing it up pretty much as high as you can until you're level with your body and slowly back down.

Step 3: Work The Muscles

Really feeling those back muscles working, breathing the whole time, you're going to exhale as you bring it up, inhale as you lower. Back is straight. Keeping your elbow close to your body till you pull it back; don't forget about the abs, good.

Step 4: Breathing

Breathe; exhale, inhale, one more and then when you're done you would switch sides, pop over to the other side, lean on the bench this way, start with the other arm.
